The Investor Membership

It is strictly prohibited to register as a member multiple times or impersonate another individual to create a membership. You are required to promptly inform us of any changes to your membership information by logging into your account. The Globetrotting Investor reserves the right to request identification to verify your identity or ensure compliance with our terms of service at any time. 

 

Sharing access to our Services with others is prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent our Website or Services' security settings, such as by using a VPN, will result in the immediate removal of access and a ban. Access to our Services will remain in effect until discontinued by The Globetrotting Investor or cancelled by you. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription plan before the end of its term. In the event of a failed transaction, the subscription will be suspended after two failed attempts. 

 

Cancellation of a subscription plan will result in the deactivation and deletion of your account or Services, the denial of access to the Services, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content and information within or related to the account or Services. Once the account or Service is cancelled, no data, content, or information can be recovered, and you are solely responsible for preserving any data, content, or information on your account or service prior to its cancellation. 

 

All sales are final. We do not provide any full, partial, or pro-rated refunds as immediate access to the content are given upon purchase. If you open a PayPal or Stripe dispute for any reason, you will be permanently banned from The Globetrotting Investor and will never again be able to purchase any of our Services. 

 

The Services are intended for personal use only. Businesses, groups, organisations, and companies are not permitted to register as members.

By submitting your payment information, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment instrument. You are responsible for promptly updating your payment information if any changes occur, such as a change in billing address or credit card expiration date. You authorise us to charge your payment instrument in accordance with the terms of the applicable subscription plan until you terminate your account, and you agree to pay any charges incurred. 

 

Refund Policy 

All sales are final. As the access to the Services is provided to you upon your purchase, there shall be no refund (whether partial or full) for any of your purchase(s) of the Services.

Renewal 

At the end of your current subscription period, your credit card will be automatically charged for a renewal term of one month. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically for subsequent terms, in accordance with your selected plan, and your credit card will be charged accordingly. If you wish to cancel your subscription or change your subscription plan, you must do so in accordance with these terms. 

 

Cancellation 

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at ben@theglobetrottinginvestor.com. When you cancel a subscription, you will still be able to use your subscription service for the time you’ve already paid. 

 

Termination of Account and Violation 

The Globetrotting Investor retains the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate your access to the Services and Website if you violate the terms of service or post, submit, or distribute content that The Globetrotting Investor, at its sole discretion, finds objectionable. 

 

Provision of Services 

The Globetrotting Investor will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website and Services are available 24 hours a day but make no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free access.
